How much room is required behind the salon couch?
5 inches forward and aft, and 8 inches plus the width of the door opening.

What happens if the power goes off?
Our salon door operators ship with battery backup units, which keep the doors working.

Will I need a dead bolt lock?
No - the opener locks full open and full closed each time.

How long does it take to install?
Typical installation time is between 7 and 12 hours, but each boat is custom so longer times are possible.

What is included in the kit?
Everything except the wire and the fasteners to attach to the aft bulkhead.

How much noise does it make?
It is virtually silent. All you will hear are the existing rollers on the door.
